For real this is the best class around i used to be a student of the class and have tried other martial arts classes and nothing compares to the physical workout and fight preperation you recieve from roger.You will be turned into a machine in just a few short months

Ive tried other martial art forms and id have to say they come no where close to muay tai. I've been attending for two weeks now and Roger is by far the greatest teacher ive had the honor to train with.

I've read all the posted messages and there isn't one wrong one! yes, it's the greatest workout, yes, Roger's the best trainer in the world, yes, it's for ALL ages and levels, yes, get your ass in here you won't regret it!
p.s. "the ladies in boxercise like to refer to Cru Rober Lumyoung as 'ROGER YUMYUM'

i love the site great pictures(of me)hehe it was fun being a ring girl for the battle for a cure and i think that, that was a success and if people are wondering if u should try thai boxing you should because it is the best a great work out and just really fun and Roger is the best teacher ever so you can try 1 free class and if u like it you should go for it its a great work out( i think i said that before) hehe

thank you so much for all your hospitality with Costa and I were at your event. We had a great time and look forward to being able to bring Catherine with me and having time to enjoy your beautiful part of this awesome country we live in. Look forward to seeing you in Toronto in August, and you and your Muay Thai family coming to Newfoundland to visit us some time soon.......can you say...Screech Rum....lol
