Muay Thai Niagara

*Class this Sunday July 6th has been cancelled due to a family emergency.*

We offer Muay Thai training specifically for kids ages 8-12.

• Classes are an hour in length and will improve fitness, build self-confidence, and most importantly are fun! 
• While learning the art of Muay Thai, kids will be learning self-defense skills.
• Improved co-ordination and balance.
  
• Fully matted safety floor.
• Parent's viewing area for watching classes.
  

Kids classes are twice a week:

        

         Sunday's 2-3 pm

         Friday's 4:30-5:30 pm
